Impact Protection + Weather Sealing for Safer, Energy-Efficient Docks

Stop Trailer Damage, Slash Energy Loss & Keep Crews Comfortable

Laminated or steel-face dock bumpers absorb trailer impact and protect walls, while foam compression seals and fabric or inflatable shelters lock out wind, rain, pests, and summer heat. We field-measure every opening and traffic pattern, then specify the right projection, thickness, and fabric weight for maximum uptime and minimum utility spend.

What We Offer

Turnkey Installations

Bumpers, compression seals, inflatable or curtain-style shelters. Measured, fabricated, mounted, and caulked for a code-compliant, energy-tight fit.

Retrofits & Replacements

Swap worn bumpers, headers, or curtain pads; weld on steel plates; or add projection rails—without removing the concrete dock face.

Custom-Fit Solutions & Safety Accessories

Inflatable shelters, tapered bumpers, sliding steel rails, truck restraints, LED dock lights, and guiderail comms—engineered for your fleet mix and brand colors.

Inspection & Preventive Maintenance

Annual compression, fabric, and anchor checks with digital reports—so you can forecast replacements before failures or OSHA citations occur.

How Our Process Works

Our Installation Process

  • Step 01

    >Dock Survey & Energy-Impact Analysis

We measure door openings, trailer heights, and strike zones, then calculate required bumper projection and seal compression.

  • Step 02

    >Solution Design & Material Selection

Choose laminated, molded, or steel-face bumpers plus foam, curtain, or inflatable shelters in 22- or 40-oz fabrics with wear-pleats.

  • Step 03

    >Surface Prep & Scheduling

We chip loose concrete, set epoxy anchors, coordinate around your operations, and remove any existing worn hardware.

  • Step 04

    >Professional Installation & Compression Test

Frames are mounted, bumpers torqued, seals squared and caulked. We verify trailer contact with push-back tests.

  • Step 05

    >Training, Walkthrough & Annual Checks

Dock crews learn correct positioning and daily inspections; you receive warranty docs plus a yearly re-inspection schedule.
